Tata Value Homes, an arm of Tata Housing Development Company, announced India’s first online exhibition for an exclusive audience through a valid invite code.

Registrations for this three day event starting 13th to 15th July, have begun on www.tatavaluehomes.com.

“With this launch, Tata Value Homes – pioneers of online home buying in India, has added yet another milestone to its exciting online journey by envisioning and creating an online user experience very similar to a real life exhibition,” the company said.

Tata Housing offers products ranging from Rs. 12 lakhs to Rs. 14 crores.

At the exhibition, home buyers can avail a special offer of getting an extra room with their home at no extra cost.

Only customers with a valid invite can buy homes of their choice across 11 projects in 7 cities.

“Our online platform has received an overwhelming response from our consumers with over 1500 booking till date. Though it was started as an experiment, it has now emerged as the fastest growing channel of sales for the real-estate industry,” said Brotin Banerjee, MD & CEO of Tata Housing Development Company.

Tata Value Homes, a 100% subsidiary of Tata Housing pioneered online home buying in India through its partnership with Google in December 2013. Soon after, it launched its flagship online property National Home Buying Day (oversubscribed 4 times) today scaled up to National Home Buying Week.

These, along with two partnerships and the launch of its own website, have resulted in Tata Housing listing all its projects online spanning affordable, premium and luxury segments, selling 1500 units online translating into over a million sq. ft.

The company recently launched an integrated payment gateway to allow customers to complete the entire home buying transaction online through debit/credit card payments or netbanking. Tata Housing ensures utmost transparency in its practices and consumers are encouraged to take a project walkthrough on the YouTube page / Website and also speak to the customer care to clarify any project related queries.

Tata Housing Development Company was established in 2010 to exclusively focus on value and affordable housing.

Tata Value Homes has introduced two pan-India brands – Shubh Griha (Value Homes) and New Haven (Affordable Homes).

Tata Value Homes is also developing a Mediterranean themed project Santorini, near Chennai, La Montana near Talegaon, Pune, while Shubh Griha is currently being developed in Boisar near Mumbai and Ahmedabad, and New Haven is currently being developed at Boisar, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru. Tata Value Homes today has projects in Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune. 

Established in 1984, Tata Housing is a closely held public limited company and a subsidiary of TATA Sons Limited. TATA Sons Limited holds 99.86% of equity share capital of the company.

The company was revived in 2006 and has 70 million sq.ft under various stages of planning and execution and an additional 19 million sq. in the pipeline. Tata Housing is developing large townships and differentiated theme based projects in major and mini metros.
