IndusInd Bank signed a three-year deal to make use of IBM’s cloud-based analytics solution to enhance its customer interactions and boost its product sales, said the company.
IBM will provide data analytics support to the bank to strengthen its online banking presence and increase its product sales to the customers,added the company.
Data analytics have been used to gauge customer behaviour from call centre’s, branch locations, website, mobile app and ATM’s, the company further added.
“Using customer behaviour analysis and real-time contextual marketing, banks can ensure that customers connecting with the bank on any channel will receive relevant and timely communications and offers that address their unique needs,” IndusInd Bank said.
IndusInd, owned by the Hinduja Group, has been among the pioneers in introducing advanced technology for its retailer customers, and introduced features like video-calling with the bank, fingerprint authentication on mobile and so on.
