We at Brigade have brought back the concept of courtyard homes that faded into oblivion due to urbanization. Each cluster of villas along with the social amenities will act as a keystone of community living.”
The project is the latest premium offering from real estate developers.
The real estate market in India has, over time, ended up focusing more and more on higher-cost and luxury segments due to the rising prices of property. Given that an ‘average’ flat in Bangalore costs upwards of Rs 60 lakhs, developers are investing more to make their properties top class.
Bangalore is the only major market in India that is still growing.
